Motorists are advised well in advance that “Freedom Convoy Tribute 2025: Canada Unites the World” will be taking place on Saturday, Jan. 25.
According to social media, the route will begin at 948 McCurdy Road in BԪַ and proceed to Vernon, Salmon Arm and Kamloops before returning to BԪַ.
There was originally talk of the route extending as far as Osoyoos and through Penticton and Oliver, but Okanagan Newspaper Group has been unable to confirm that.
Freedom protests were held across the Okanagan in 2021 during the time of mask mandates and vaccine passports.
